Working and Driving Ergonomics
In today's world, our daily routine mostly consists of sitting at home, walking to our cars and sitting again in the office or workstation. Even those with the healthiest and most active life-styles have to at one time or another, sit and drive, or sit at work. At MCSC, we work with drivers, office employees, schools, and various types of companies to prevent injuries and chronic pain in the work-place. We focus on all aspects of a patient's work space and ensure maximum productivity with minimal stress to the body as a whole.
Rehab and Exercise
Here at MCSC we believe that exercise is the best medicine of all. Most research shows that exercise alone can prevent and even halt the progression of many diseases. In a sedentary world, we believe motion will keep you at your healthiest. We create individual exercise plans and work one on one with our patients to ensure maximum results and prevent future injury.
Comprehensive Physical Exams include inspection of the eyes, ears, nose, throat, head, neck, all of the vital organs, the entire spine and body. It also includes neurological, physical and orthopedic tests. It is mostly performed for athletes in competition, but it can also be requested by immigration offices, employers, and even healthy patients who enjoy a yearly check up. Physical Exams are more specific to a problem or complaint, such as back pain, neck pain, or extremity pain. These exams help our Doctors pinpoint the underlying causes of these complaints.

The power of patient education can effect the patient's treatment plans and exercise regimens, reducing cost while promoting an active lifestyle
The Chiropractic Philosophy is centered around the power of the nervous system. Our brains give us consciousness and thought, while simultaneously managing all sensory and motor function to and from the rest of the body. When the body's nervous system functions at an optimum state, all other bodily systems will function at their optimal state. Spinal nerves exit the spine through the intervertebral foramen, a small tunnel created by two adjacent vertebrae. This foramen is surrounded by ligaments, muscle tissue, fascia, and skin. When injury occurs to the spine, the nerves under stress will cause near by muscles to spasm and guard. Chiropractic care helps relieve the spine of these ailments, so you can continue your healthy motion-filled life-style.
