What do I need to do before going to my first appointment? All you need to do is call and make the appointment*. We ask that for your very first appointment you fill out the "New Patient Intake Form" prior to your initial visit to ensure more timely appointments, then sit back and let us take it from there.
*Please have current insurance information handy 24 hours prior to desired appointment day. If booked, appointment slots will be filled on a first come first serve basis, for emergencies please contact your PCP.
What should I expect from my first appointment? During your first appointment, your doctor will complete a complete medical history and full assessment to address your aches and/or pains and therapeutic treatment will be performed.

This is nothing more than the pain similar to that after a good work out and will resolve in 24-48 hours. During your initial appointment we will discuss how to relieve this temporary discomfort.
